As a seasoned business litigation attorney, Brenoch Wirthlin works in our business litigation practice group and focuses primarily in the areas of commercial and construction litigation. He also practices in the areas of bankruptcy law, contracts law, creditors’ rights law and civil litigation. He believes client service is paramount, and always tries to look for the economical approach to resolving cases.
In his work as a business litigator, Brenoch especially likes the intellectual aspects of finding a solution for a client through meticulous research — along with arguing and contesting issues in court when necessary.
Over the years, he has found opposing counsel is often less likely to fight if they know you are ready for battle, and Brenoch takes great pride in his work ethic in which his clients know every possible angle to their matter has been addressed. With us, he has access to all the big firm resources our clients expect, and yet, he is also able to provide a small firm focus, and is involved one-on-one with clients in their case from the get-go.
Brenoch and his wife are blessed with seven children, and the family enjoys hiking and camping in the Mount Charleston, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area in Nevada’s Mojave Desert.
