Cortland Silver

Corky practices in the areas of real estate acquisition, sale, development, leasing, landlord-tenant issues, and environmental law. He has a particular focus on convenience store and motor fuel facility issues, and currently does real estate and fuel work for the two largest convenience store chains and the largest low carbon fuel retailer in the United States. Corky also advises clients on the Petroleum Marketing Practice Act.

Away from work, Corky serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
