Brandi M. Planet

Brandi Planet is an attorney in our business litigation practice group who works primarily in the areas of construction, labor and employment (L&E), corporate cannabis and business litigation. Her clients, which include developers, contractors, business owners, and individuals in a number of high-exposure manners count on her when they need an aggressive litigator who handles cases with the utmost professionalism . Brandi’s client and case management skills are renowned in legal circles, and clients know they are always a priority and always kept informed.

Truly passionate about litigation, Brandi loves her work, and she is probably happiest when writing a motion or taking a deposition. Although raised in a working-class family of modest means, from an early age her father encouraged her to be a attorney, recognizing her talent for critical thinking, strategic analysis and ability to argue. This initially led Brandi to a career in public relations, where she crafted corporate communication messaging, highlighting her clients’ specialties. The lure of the law, however, proved too great to ignore, so she enrolled in law school at night while continuing to work full time during the day. With additional experience in government affairs under her belt, she now brings vast amounts of positive energy, grit and determination when developing effective legal strategies.

Outside of her work as a business litigation attorney, Brandi enjoys reading, yoga and traveling every chance she can.
