Austin M. Maul

Austin Maul is an associate in our Las Vegas office who works in our business litigation practice group. Austin was a former summer associate at the firm, and while in law school at UNLV, he was also a legal intern with Caesars Entertainment.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Austin attended Rancho High School where he flew and designed airplanes as part of the school’s aviation magnet program. Austin also played the tuba and was selected to be a member of the All-American Marching Band – an honor reserved for the top 125 high school musicians in the country – which led to him attending Arizona State University on a marching band scholarship. In college, Austin studied Economics at ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business. He was named the Outstanding Graduating Economics Major for his class and was a top-3 finalist for W.P. Carey’s Outstanding Graduating Senior Award. While tutoring students in the business school, Austin realized that if he combined his business acumen with legal knowledge, he could fulfill his passion of helping people by assisting them in solving their legal problems. This led him to pursue his now fulfilling career in the law. Austin takes great satisfaction in tackling complex problems and crafting innovative solutions to help each of his clients meet their specific needs.

Married to a flight attendant, Austin and his wife are avid travelers and huge sports fans — especially the Boston Red Sox — and they are close to accomplishing their goal of seeing a game at every major league ballpark. And if you’re a fan of halftime shows, you may have already seen Austin before – he was a dancing palm tree in Katy Perry’s Super Bowl XLIX halftime show.
