Gail practices in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation. She has a wide range of experience working with publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as governmental employers in the design, implementation and administration of various employee benefit and compensation matters.
Her work encompasses U.S. qualified plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans of all types (Excess Benefit and SERP as well as 457(b) and 457(f) plans for non-profits and governmental entities), healthcare plans, fringe benefit arrangements, incentive compensation arrangements including design and implementation work, and information and payroll reporting.
Gail has worked largely with companies in the design, documentation and implementation of equity and synthetic equity compensation arrangements, including those available to a broader global workforce and compliance with public company compensation disclosure and analysis reporting.
She has more than 30 years of experience advising boards of trustees, boards of directors, executives and plan administrators regarding various benefit and compensation programs.
When not working, Gail enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, hiking, fishing, participating in church activities, and cooking for family and friends.
