Steve is a business, tax and estate planning lawyer. He helps clients structure their businesses and negotiate commercial transactions, with an emphasis on advising clients regarding the associated income, estate and gift tax implications. He is particularly skilled at drafting partnership agreements and LLC operating agreements. Steve also helps families and individuals accomplish their estate planning, succession and wealth preservation objectives in a tax-efficient manner.
When he's not at work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and he is an avid college sports fan, particularly football and basketball. From time to time, Steve also plays the trombone in a local R&B band.
