Scott M. Finical

Scott is a trial attorney with more than thirty three years of medical negligence litigation experience representing physicians, licensed healthcare providers and hospitals. He also specializes in the areas of healthcare, risk management, workplace safety, employee health and safety, personal injury and workers' compensation.

He represents physicians and other healthcare providers during regulatory board proceedings. Scott also counsels employers and insurance companies during the administration of difficult workers' compensation claims, and he represents employers and insurance carriers during contested workers' compensation proceedings before the Industrial Commission of Arizona and Arizona's appellate courts.
