Lauren focuses her practice in environmental law, with an emphasis on natural resources and energy regulatory matters. A great deal of her work encompasses identifying practicable solutions to recognized challenges facing progressive development within Arizona's environmental and energy industries.
Prior to joining Fennemore Craig, Lauren served as a policy advisor at the Arizona Corporation Commission, where she advised Commission decision-making on a variety of complex regulatory matters, including: public utilities regulation, state and federal environmental compliance, securities, business incorporation, transmission and line siting projects, and railroad and pipeline safety. She appreciates the opportunity to engage in comprehensive problem solving dialogue with stakeholders on formulating robust policies and legal concepts to secure a more diversified, reliable, and sustainable energy portfolio for the state.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys discovering new restaurants, traveling, ocean kayaking, deep sea fishing, and spending time with her dog Amber.
