Phil Brailsford

Phil Brailsford is an attorney in our business litigation practice group where his work encompasses a variety of areas, including internal investigations, injury and wrongful death cases, contract disputes, bankruptcy, and privacy and data security matters.

Beginning his career in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, Phil went on to serve as a member of the U.S. Army Special Forces in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom where he was awarded the Bronze Star and Combat Infantry badge. He then served in the United State National Guard, while pursuing a career in law enforcement for more than 19 years. As a detective and supervisor, he enjoyed working with prosecutors, and this experience led him law school – and the second phase of his career, now working in the law. A skilled negotiator after years of working with the public, Phil takes great pride in helping businesses resolve their problems.

Outside of the office, Phil cherishes his time with his family, watching football and enjoying the outdoors.
