He delivers results for his clients by understanding each client’s unique challenges and problems, and then implementing strategies to resolve them. Jim’s clients trust him for practical advice in a timely manner.
Jim represents developers, national homebuilders, investors, small business owners, landlords, and tenants in a variety of real estate transactions, including property acquisition and sale, leasing, and development. While Jim has helped clients in all types of commercial real estate transactions, he has significant experience involving Native American land transactions. Jim has represented nearly a dozen developers and investors in acquiring and selling Native American ground lease interests and managing the development process on tribal land. This experience helps his clients work through the unique challenges and complexities presented by Native American ground leases.
When he is not at the office, Jim is an avid golfer and is often found caddying for his son in junior golf tournaments or helping his daughter with her golf swing. Jim is a member of ULI Next and NAIOP, leading organizations that are helping the Phoenix market grow responsibly and sustainably.
