Fennemore Craig, a Mountain West business law firm with seven offices in three states, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR team. Fundamental purpose is to oversee the development and manage a comprehensive human resources program for the Firm, and to provide creative leadership to inspire top performance and job satisfaction. Manages the human resources staff to ensure premium quality work, and to assure staff of professional challenge and opportunity. Develops departmental goals, objectives and budgets and is responsible for the metrics to monitor progress for same. Reports to the COO and works with the Firm’s various committees and departments.
