CONFLICTS ANALYST (PART-TIME) - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig is seeking a part-time Conflicts Analyst. Activities will include review of conflicts reports, work with Firm personnel and attorneys to identify conflict resolutions, advise on client engagement agreements and consents to conflicts, and review staff and attorney intake materials. This position consults with the Firm’s General Counsel and reports to the Executive Director. Job Requirements: J.D. and 2-4 years experience with at least 6 months directly related conflicts analyst experience desirable. Must have knowledge of ethical rules, guidelines, and compliance issues, ability to communicate with highly educated and motivated people who will challenge her/his capabilities, and with whom she/he must share a commitment to professional management, flexibility and willingness to respond to time-sensitive requests and provide prompt follow-up, attention to detail and proven ability to analyze complex concepts, excellent data entry, organization and interpersonal skills, experience with LegalKey and Ultimus Workflow a plus.
HELP DESK SUPPORT (TUESDAY - SATURDAY SHIFT) - Phoenix Office
Responsible for working in a team environment for the maintenance of the Firm help desk and support center operations. Provide prompt, friendly and helpful assistance to in-house PC users regarding hardware, network, systems, applications, remote access and telephone related inquiries. May assist in user training and special projects. Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Must have exceptional Microsoft Word and Office, Windows, electronic mail, and Internet skills. Must have A+ certification and at least one of the following: MOUS, MCP, or MCSE certifications; or Bachelor or Associate Degree in Information Systems or related field with certification equivalencies above. Must also be able to lift, carry, push 50+ pounds. Hours are Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
OFFICE ASSISTANT (PART-TIME) - Tucson Office
Fennemore Craig's Tucson office is seeking a part-time Office Assistant. Responsibilities include: mail processing, photo copying, filing, court runs, audio visual set up, receptionist backup, stocking supply rooms, hospitality services including set up and clean up of conference rooms, library maintenance, ordering office and hospitality supplies, generating monthly reports and some basic IT desktop, communications, and office equipment support. Candidates must be focused on customer service excellence and intentional when following through on tasks. Law firm experience preferred. Must be able to lift 40+ lbs. Hours are 8:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
LEGAL SECRETARY - LITIGATION - Denver Office
Fennemore Craig’s downtown Denver office is seeking an experienced legal secretary to work in our litigation practice area for one director and one associate. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years legal secretarial experience, preferably including Colorado Federal District Court, type 75 wpm, proficiency in MS Office, and possess strong organizational and communications skills.
