MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS ADMINISTRATOR - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig is seeking an experienced Marketing and PR Administrator. Responsibilities include development, implementation, assessment and supervision of the Firm's marketing events, advertising and public relations programs and promotional activities, editing firm e-newsletters, developing service/marketing training programs, drafting press releases and implementing client development events. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing/public relations/communications. 5-7 years related experience, strong PR, communications skills required. Must also be self starter who can work independently and has strong organizational skills. Graphics knowledge and social media experience helpful. Professional Services experience preferred.
LEGAL NURSE CONSULTANT - MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig's Phoenix office is seeking a full-time, in-house, Legal Nurse Consultant to work with our growing Medical Negligence Group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting medical negligence team with interviewing fact witnesses and experts; researching, conferring with and retaining expert witnesses; performing medical research, preparing discovery responses; reviewing medical records and preparing chronologies. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years nurse consulting and law firm experience. R.N. required. Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred.
LEGAL SECRETARY - MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE - Denver Office
Fennemore Craig's Denver office has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join our team. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in healthcare, legal and professional malpractice cases; general defense litigation in state courts and Colorado Federal District Court; sense of urgency in meeting deadlines, and a systematic, organized approach to problem solving; calendaring of statutory and court deadlines (Law ToolBox experience preferred); familiarity with federal, state and appellate court filing rules and procedures; excellent attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to accurately type and proofread; knowledge of rules of grammar and punctuation; minimum typing speed 75 wpm; ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with clients, colleagues and ancillary personnel; and ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, staff, clients and/or vendors.
FILE CLERK - LITIGATION - Phoenix Office
Fennemore Craig is seeking a Legal File Clerk to work full time. Must have litigation filing experience (minimum of 1 year). Requires strong organizational skills, minimum typing of 40 wpm, and ability to work independently. Must also be able to lift 40+ lbs.
FILE CLOSING CLERK - Phoenix Office
The File Closing Clerk is responsible for the process of closing files and preparing them for off-site storage. Works with Records & Support Services departments to coordinate file closings. Ideal candidates will show proven ability to independently assess projects, identify appropriate responses for completion and have good judgment in handling original and confidential documents. 2+ years MS Office experience, attention to detail, accurate typing, flexibility, punctuality, dependability and ability to lift 40+ lbs required.
