Aaron Cain has joined Fennemore Craig's business and finance practice. Mr. Cain previously worked as a research assistant at Pepperdine University School of Law and also served as an intern with Senator John McCain. He received his B.S., summa cum laude in Finance and a B.S., summa cum laude, in Economics from Arizona State University in 2001 and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2004.
Sarah Case has joined Fennemore Craig's real estate practice. Ms. Case previously served as a judicial extern with the United States District Court of Arizona. She received her B.A. in Literature from San Diego State University in 2000 and her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Arizona State University College of Law in 2004.
Whitney Sedwick has joined Fennemore Craig's utilities practice. Ms. Sedwick's practice focuses on public utilities and bankruptcy. Before joining Fennemore Craig, Ms. Sedwick worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mary. M. Lisi at the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. She received her B.A. in American Political Economy from The Colorado College in 1998 and her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2003.
John Torgenson has joined Fennemore Craig's business and personal injury torts practice. Mr. Torgenson's practice focuses on tort litigation. Previously, Mr. Torgenson worked as a research assistant at the University of Utah. He received his B.A. from the University of Utah in 2001 and his J.D., cum laude from University of Notre Dame Law School in 2004.
