Donald R. Gilbert
Don has represented clients in connection with a broad range of employment-related issues before the NLRB, the EEOC, the Department of Labor and the Arizona Civil Rights Division. His clients range from large businesses to families, individuals and local businesses. He has tried more than 100 labor arbitrations, and has litigated employment disputes in both state and federal courts. Don frequently litigates matters seeking or opposing injunctive relief, often involving employee loyalty, trade secrets, and restrictive employment covenants.
Don also has experience litigating spoliation of evidence claims, including forensic analysis of electronically stored information and e-discovery. He assists clients in developing effective corporate compliance plans, and has developed and presented legal training programs for supervisors and human resources professionals in businesses throughout the United States. He has also designed and implemented employment audits to assist clients in identifying and correcting high-risk employment practices.
Away from work, Don enjoys hiking and horseback riding in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
