Aaron Cain

Mr. Cain practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, corporate law, contract law, securities law and franchise law. He has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers in asset and stock transactions. Mr. Cain also represents both emerging companies and venture capital firms in connection with preferred stock, common stock and convertible debt financings. In addition, he also counsels clients in general corporate matters, including formation, corporate governance, license agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, and joint ventures. Mr. Cain’s experience extends across a wide range of industries, including clean tech, biotechnology, medical products and services, construction, mining and industrial services.
