Kimberly A. Howard Arana
Ms. Arana practices in the areas of agribusiness, international, and corporate and securities law as well as civil litigation. She counsels businesses involved in the growing or distribution of perishable agricultural commodities and in maquiladora (twin plant) operations. She has significant experience in varied civil matters and represents U.S. entities and many of their non-resident Mexican principals and related Mexican entities with business dealings in both the United States and Mexico. Fluent in Spanish, she often works in conjunction with Mexican counsel to prepare agreements for international commercial transactions, including secured transactions.
