Donald R. Gilbert
Mr. Gilbert co-chairs the firm's employment and labor practice. He has represented clients in connection with a broad range of employment-related issues before the NLRB, the EEOC, the Department of Labor, the Arizona Civil Rights Division and the Arizona Department of Economic Security. He has tried more than 100 labor arbitrations, and has litigated employment disputes in both state and federal courts. He frequently litigates matters seeking or opposing injunctive relief, often involving employee loyalty, trade secrets, and restrictive employment covenants. Mr. Gilbert has significant experience litigating spoliation of evidence claims, including forensic analysis of electronically stored information and E-Discovery.
In addition, Mr. Gilbert counsels clients on a wide range of employment issues and has designed and implemented employment audits to assist clients in identifying and correcting high-risk employment practices
