Welcome to the Official Investors Committee's communication page. Fennemore Craig, P.C. represents the Official Investors Committee ("Committee") in the Mortgages Ltd. bankruptcy case which is pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. The Committee was selected by the United States Trustee to represent the interests of the investors who hold fractional interests in the notes and deeds of trusts or hold member interests in various MP Fund LLCs that hold fractional interests in notes and deeds of trusts serviced by Mortgages Ltd. The Committee is made up of pass-through participants and members of various MP Fund LLCs.
Fennemore Craig, P.C. does not represent the investors individually and is not giving advice to any investor with respect to their individual interest. Instead Fennemore Craig, P.C. only represents and advises the Committee.
This website is intended to be a link and source of communication between the Committee and the investors. We will try to post a weekly newsletter from the Committee, copies of various key pleadings from the Bankruptcy case, other relevant information as it becomes available, and the list of the Committee members' names and contact information so that the investors can talk with the Committee members and ask questions.
